Quadro Residences is a high end condominium building suitable for expatriates and locals who want to live in the middle of the city, or for a legendary bachelor or bachelorette pad. It is another project by Monoland.

If you have over RM1 million to spare and want a fancy pad in the heart of Kuala Lumpur, look no further than Quadro Residences. This is directly competing with Monoland’s other development called Vipod Suites which is less exclusive.

Quadro Residences has a more exclusive address, as it shares the same row as Park Seven, The Binjai, Traders Hotel, and Menara Exxon-Mobil. There are 245 units in a 36 storey building, with only 7 units per floor. However, not to worry if you are a privacy freak – each floor is served by a whopping 8 lifts and each unit has its own private lift lobby! The units also come with 2 car parks.

In terms of the layout, only 2 of the units get a view of KLCC. They are both quite large units, and are priced above RM2 million. The duplex units face south and have a view of Bukit Bintang, and possibly the Ireka condominium project which will be completed in a few years time.

What sets the duplexes apart from the rest are that the upper floor has its own entrance into a utility room, which can also double as a maid’s room. Other than this, all apartments have a living, room, dining room, and wet and dry kitchens. The only downside is that there are 3 bedrooms upstairs and they are slightly cramped in the space. Duplex units are 1, 500 sf and there are only 16 of these so these will most likely be in demand.

Facilities at Quadro Residences include a cascading water feature and a large infinity swimming pool. All of the facilities are on the roof deck.

Location wise, Quadro Residences is excellent as it is in the heart of the city. It is also close proximity to public transport for those who hate the traffic jams that will definitely occur here at this address. There are many shops and Cold Storage supermarket close by at KLCC for all your daily needs, as well as restaurants, clubs, and more for those who love the nightlife.
