Please note that there is no inside viewing of auction properties.
Intending bidders are to do a self survey from outside and are advised to make an official search at the respective Land Office pertaining to the subject property before the auction date.

Property is sold on a ´as is where is´ basis.
10% deposit of the fixed reserve price is required in order to participate for the bidding.

Preferably, registration should be done 3 days before the auction date. Registration is FREE. Please mention which property you intend to bid for and your contact number.

Simplified Step-by-step Guide into buying auction properties:
1. ) Inspect the auction property with the full address given. Please bear in mind, you may only view from outside.

2. ) If you decide to bid for it, email the buyer/bidder(s) IC copy (front and back) to rainehorneauction@gmail. com. Please write down which property you intend to bid for and contact number.

3. ) Get a copy of Proclamation of Sales and conduct necessary searches on the subject property.

4. ) Prepare deposit (10% of reserve price) and wait for the auction day. Set a maximum budget for the bid.

5. ) Attend the auction and participate in bid. (Representative needs to fill in a separate form)

6. ) For successful bidder, additional funds needs to be paid to top-up the difference between the earlier deposit and the 10% of the Successful Purchase Price.

7. ) Financing can be arranged after the bid (T&C applies).
